Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made on the website [www.rioleone.com]. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms.

2. Products
The characteristics of the products are described on the website. RIO LEONE SRL makes every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot be held liable for minor errors.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT). Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.

4. Orders
The order is validated once payment is confirmed. RIO LEONE SRL reserves the right to refuse any order in case of dispute with a customer.

5. Payment
Payments are made through the secure methods available on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicated at checkout but may vary depending on circumstances. RIO LEONE SRL cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition, at the customer’s expense, for a refund.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns must be requested by contacting rioleone.info@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

9. Legal Guarantees
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law.

10. Liability
RIO LEONE SRL cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

11. Personal Data
Customer data is processed in accordance with GDPR, as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
